La célèbre cuvée La Mordorée de Michel Chapoutier produite en biodynamie sur une parcelle de vieilles syrah de plus de 60 ans.
Oeil : rouge profond.
Nez : framboise, touche de violette, dominante épices, notion olive noire et tapenade, romarin.Bouche : ample, élégant, très bien structuré et équilibré. Selon le millésime, le vin peut être conservé de 30 à 60 ans, voire même de 50 à 75 ans.
